Childers Architect - Mail Manager connection troubleshooting
Symptoms: Mail manager not connecting, status has red x, unable to file or search. You may see a prompt for credentials:
Followed by this when credentials fail or you close the credentials pop up:
Cause: Authentication with the Sharepoint email storage location has expired and needs to be refreshed.
Resolution:
- Close Outlook
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Navigate to portal.office.com
- sign in with your email credentials
- Open Outlook
